Pilates is conducted with a trained instructor to guide you through improving body awareness, habitual movement patterns, and gaining control over symptoms in a fun and relaxed environment.

Clinical Pilates Options

Solo Pilates  30 minutes  

You've started the journey but will benefit from a one to one supervised private session to help keep getting the hang of things, or would like to fine tune some elements identified in the assessments.                                               

Clinical Pilates (1-4 clients) 60 minutes
Enjoy personalised tailored Pilates for your needs with others in our fully equipped boutique studio following your initial assessment to give your sessions clear direction.

Small Group Class (5+ clients) 60 minutes
Continue your journey with others for a workout in strength, flexibility and co-ordination utilising floor mats, fit balls and all the equipment. These groups can be good fun and a bit social, particularly near Christmas and birthdays!

We are qualified with the Polestar Pilates method and also DMA method. We love Pilates and functional rehabilitation!

Initial Assessment Options (30 minutes each) 

  1. Functional gym based assessment to really see how you move, get baseline measures and knuckle down on what we can do to help with your goals.
  2. Real time ultrasound assessment to visualise the right muscles and ensure everything is working automatically as it should.
