Initial Assessment Options

  1. Functional gym based assessment with Brad to really see how you move, get baseline measures and knuckle down on what we can do to help with your goals for strength and conditioning.

  2. Pilates with Duilia to find your flow, fine tune the right muscles with strength and flexibility and find true balance and comfort within yourself.
