Pilates is an effective intervention that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. Pilates is conducted with a trained instructor to guide you through improving body awareness, habitual movement patterns, and gaining control over symptoms in a fun and relaxed environment.
Clinical Pilates Options
Solo Pilates 30 minutes
You've started the journey but will benefit from a one to one supervised private session to help keep getting the hang of things, or would like to fine tune some elements identified in the assessments.
Clinical Pilates (1-4 clients) 60 minutes
Enjoy personalised tailored Pilates for your needs with others in our fully equipped boutique studio following your initial assessment to give your sessions clear direction.
Small Group Class (5+ clients) 60 minutes
Continue your journey with others for a workout in strength, flexibility and co-ordination utilising floor mats, fit balls and all the equipment. These groups can be good fun and a bit social, particularly near Christmas and birthdays!
We are qualified with the Polestar Pilates method and also DMA method. We love Pilates and functional rehabilitation!
